Them dinner ideas makes me burp just by looking at them. Gluten is close enough to the real thing,but it's the 'metallic aftertaste'that annoys the 'tree hugging' instinct out of me. takes a whole gaddamn liter of coke red just to get rid of it. those noodles look really, really, really good though.
