Where are:

The Clash (Should I Stay or Should I Go?)
The Cure (Boys Don't Cry, or In-Between Days)
The one-hit wonder from Seona Dancing
Icicle Works (Whisper to a Scream)
REM (The One I Love)
10,000 Maniacs (What's The Matter Here).

Ok it's someone else's list. Different folks different strokes.

new wave transcends the year it came into being. that's why franz ferdinand made it. logical song is pop. lick it is outrageous and funny. walang attitude. i agree about icicle works but not the one i love by rem.
